FACE UP NEW LOOK WEBSITE faceup_website

A great new look at www.faceup.ie with layouts and images similar to what is found in this award winning Redemptorist Communications magazine. With bright vibrant colours and easy to navigate menu, the website will hope to draw even more attention to the great work produced by editor Fr Gerry Moloney and his team.

FaceUp.ie is the online presence of the monthly magazine Face Up, which is published by Redemptorist Communications.

Face Up began publishing in January 2001 and is aimed at the 14-18 year-old age group and has the sub-title "For Teens Who Want Something Deeper".

Each issue of Face Up informs and entertains on personal development, social awareness, spirituality and justice issues.

The magazine also contains many of the normal ingredients of teen magazines including features on current trends, fashion and media personalities.

There is a monthly Special Report, which takes a look at topic of concern to young people.

In the past, Face Up has examined topics such as depression, bullying, self-esteem, sexuality, work, family, violence, death and suicide.

With a strong input from young people themselves.

Face Up is not preachy or patronizing but conversational and engaging, in a language teenage readers understand and can relate to.
