Esker Redemptorist Retreat Centre, Athenry, plans to host a special weekend with Dr. Brendan Purcell, priest and philosopher, author of ‘From Big Bang to Big Mystery’ on June 20-22nd, 2014. Dr. Purcell lectured for years in the Philosophy Department at UCD, and currently resides and teaches in Sydney.
The title is ‘Human Origins in the light of Creation and Evolution’, and is based on his book, above. We expect that it will be fascinating and stimulating for all who attend. Further information can be found on our website, www.redemptoristsesker.ie , and on the flyer attached below.
